FAQ

  • Where are our garments made?

PRATUM garments are all made by hand in the designers studio in central Philadelphia.

  • WHere do your fabrics come from?

All of the fabrics used to create PRATUM garments are natural fiber or deadstock materials. Deadstock: new or unused materials from past seasons that were never sold. Due to this PRATUM materials come from all over the world. You can request fabric life documentation with your finished garment.

  • Do you offer virtual fittings?

You do not have to live in Philadelphia to be a client! PRATUM works with clients internationally and is open to virtual meetings.

  • How long does it take to receive a custom order?

It depends on the level of customization and what type of garment you are having made. A custom garment can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks. You will know your garment timeline by the end of the innitial consultation.

  • Can garments be altered after purchase?

PRATUM offers lifetime care for their clients. Any alteration that the garment can allow is available. We will also fix any damage that we can.

  • What is your return or exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not offered as your garments have been custom-made for you and are not resealable.
